To be successful you must be the master of your emotions. Either you master your emotions or they will master you. There is no middle ground. You must learn to analyze decisions on a rational, and not emotional, basis. In doing so, you employ the limitless Power of Choice.

There are countless people in this world who were born into horrible situations and yet are tremendous successes. There are many stories of people who have been born into slavery but won their freedom. There are those born into the physical slavery of a debilitating physical affliction but have overcome and fought their way to success against all odds. There are those who have been beaten, imprisoned, starved, and ridiculed, who have refused to be deterred from their mission.

Such people have achieved success by choosing not to let their circumstances limit them. Many of them will tell you that the hardship and suffering they experienced only made them stronger. They chose to abandon fairy-tale thinking and employ the Seven Powers, rather than accept the lot which life handed them.
